I recently stayed at the top hostel and was impressed by its impeccable cleanliness. The staff's friendliness and efficiency stood out, making my stay truly enjoyable. All in all I could say it's very good. Friendly staff, laundry service available, motorbike rental, cheaper travel tour booking. Have Beach view infront and Mountain view at the back. The best cheapest hostel in Chaweng area. Very convenient to go around. Beach close by,restaurant and more.

Very friendly staff, the rooms are average and very small. The bathroom/ shower is a wet room, meaning whenever you shower the entire space is soaking wet. There was also often smell of the drains throughout the hostel and room. The aircon …

The owner/reception staff are SO kind and go above and beyond to help you during your stay!!! They even helped us get to our next destination themselves when no taxis were available during Songkran festival! Highly recommend staying here! The rooms are small but have everything you need. The bed is SUPER comfy! Plus you get a fridge in the room, a bonus! Highly recommend staying here! The room was a good size, the bed was comfy! Town is a 20 minute walk away, so good location if you don’t have a bike!

Great stay at Top Hostel, cheapest hostel in Chaweng but definitely great service and rooms. Quite small but exactly what you pay for with comfy beds. Owners/receptionists are extremely kind and helpful, going out of their way to take us to our next place on the island because taxi wait times were too long over Songkran festival. We would have been stuck if they didn’t so very kind, definitely recommend for anyone on a budget.

Good hostel/hotel. The double room was very small but clean. But beware! Rent the scooters directly in the hostel and not next door. The owner ripped us off and was violent even towards women!

If you’re planning on going to Chaweng Beach often I wouldn’t stay here, as the distance is pretty far. Takes about 35 mins to walk to where it gets busy! However, the rooms are clean. Stayed in a private room with two twin beds. It was really tight in there but a comfortable stay overall.
